Dr. Ridley provides a gentle technique to avoid pain and discomfort during extractions.  The Doctor may also prescribe medication for you that will help you relax during your procedures.  After extracting a tooth or several teeth, you immediately begin to lose up to 50% of the bone in that area.  Bone grafting and ridge preservation will take place at the same time the tooth is pulled, preventing rapid bone loss in the years to come.
